Clients claim that the investment casting is made of stainless steel, and material-frame sizes are length*width*height (870mm*855mm*558mm,the wall thickness is 8mm); five pieces of stainless steel investment castings are adopted, wherein the length*width*thickness of two pieces is 870mm*558mm*8mm, the length*width*thickness of two pieces is 855mm*558mm*8mm, and the length*width*thickness of one piece is 870mm*855mm*8mm; and totally five pieces of stainless steel investment castings are welded to a whole material-frame as shown in the abstract Figure 1. In the premise of reserving client technology and quality requirements, after a series of process safeguard measures, the material-frame (integrated type) investment casting process and method are invented successfully, namely the process and method include the steps that whole investment is performed, whole shell-making is performed, castings are cast, cleaning and test areperformed, and products are obtained.
