A plurality of encoder units are connected with multiple encoder photoelectric signal processing systems and analysis treatment is performed on moire fringe photoelectric signals and angle measurement information is output. The encoder photoelectric signal processing systems transmits received moire fringe photoelectric signal sampling data and the output angle measurement information to a master control computer through a relay station. Each encoder photoelectric signal processing system is provided witha temperature sensor which transmits collected temperature information to the master control computer. The master control computer receives the moire fringe photoelectric signal sampling data, the output angle measurement information and the working temperature information transmitted from the relay station and directly controls and regulates photoelectric signal parameter information of each working encoder unit and monitors the measurement condition.
