The system is used for ammonia filling of a solid ammonia storage tank, and comprises a preheating tank, a pressure stabilizing tank, a supplementingvalve, and a flow meter, the preheating tank communicates with an ammonia gas source, and is used for heating the input ammonia to a gaseous state within a preset temperature range; the pressure stabilizing tank communicates with the preheating tank and is used for containing a certain amount of ammonia gas so as to stabilize and output the ammonia gas input by the preheating tank; the supplementing valve is arranged on an ammonia pipeline between the preheating tank and the pressure stabilization tank and is used for controlling the ammonia gas to be supplemented into the pressure stabilization tank; and the flow meter is connected with the output end of the pressure stabilization tank and used for metering the total amount of the output ammonia gas, the flow meter is connected with an output control valve for controlling the output of the ammonia gas output port.
