[0010] Example 1 Attractive effect of several natural flavor sources on aphid wasps

[0011] 1 Y-shape olfactometer and its test method

[0012] The base end of the Y-shaped olfactometer and the length of both arms are 10cm, and the angle between the two arms is 120°. The base port is connected to an air pump to extract air, and each arm is connected to a humidifier, a taste source bottle (or CK bottle), an activated carbon filter, and a flow meter in turn. A taste source is placed in the taste source bottle; the other arm is the CK arm with nothing in its CK bottle, or the compound to be tested.

[0013] Pump air from the base port of the Y-shaped tube, and adjust the gas flow rate of both arms to 100ml / min. After loading each flavor source, pump air for 2 minutes, and start the test after the smell of the flavor source fills the inside of the Y-shaped tube. After pumping air for 10 seconds each time, introduce one aphid wasp from the base port of the Y tube with a finger ...

[0043] Example 2 The Attractive Effect of the Odor Compound of Tea Aphid + Aphid-infested Tea Tip Complex on Aphid Wasps

[0044] 1. Identification of odor compounds in tea aphid + aphid-infested tea shoot complex

[0045] Using the conventional dynamic adsorption method for extracting plant odor, put the tea aphid + aphid-infested tea tip complex into a glass container with an air inlet and an air outlet, pass in clean air, connect an adsorption column from the air outlet, and absorb odor. The adsorption column was rinsed with dichloromethane, concentrated, and the concentrated solution was detected by GC-MS, and the following 27 compounds were detected:

[0046] 1 linalool; 2 trans-2-hexenal; 3 cis-3-hexen-1-ol; 4 benzaldehyde;

[0047] 5 methyl salicylate; 6 geraniol; 7 indole; 8 hexenyl acetate;

Abstract

The invention provides a method for trapping encarsia formosa to restrain tea aphids. Trans-2-hexenal, methyl salicylate, trans-2-pentenal, cis-jasmone and beta-ionone are prepared into solutions withthe concentratin of 10<-2> g/mL-10<-6> g/mL respectively, then the five solutions are mixed in the proportion of 1:(1-2):(1-2):(1-2):(1-2) to prepare an encarsia formosa trapping agent, and the encarsia formosa trapping agent is dripped onto wool felt to prepare trapping cores. The volume of each trapping core is 25*10*10 mm<3>, and the total mass of the five contained compounds is 10-15 mg. Important tea tree pests, namely the tea aphids, cause severe damage from mid April to mid May and from the first ten days of September to the first ten days of November every year, and two population peaks are formed in the two periods respectively. The trapping cores are hung in tea bushes suffering from the tea aphids 10-20 days before each peak comes, and the trapping cores are hung when the number of tea shoots suffering from aphid damage is larger than 5-10 every one square meter. Encarsia formosa parasitic tea aphid nymph is trapped to reduce or eliminate consumption of chemical pesticidesto prevent the aphids.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of plant protection, and relates to placing lure cores loaded with an aphid wasp attractant in the tea garden during the serious damage of the important pest tea aphid in the tea garden to trap the aphid wasp to parasitize the tea aphid. Background technique [0002] The tea aphid Toxoptera aurantii Boyer is one of the important pests widely distributed in the tea regions of China. In East China, 25-35 generations are bred in one year. It occurs from mid-April to mid-May, and from early September to early November. Hundreds of adults, nymphs and eggs of the tea aphid gather on a tea branch in the tea garden. Adult aphids and nymphs suck the juice of young leaves, buds and even stems, excrete a large amount of "honeydew" on the lower leaves, breed tea coal disease, affect the photosynthesis of tea trees, and cause tea yield reduction. The tea leaves made from aphid-infested tea shoots have deteriorated taste, soft ap...
