Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining the content of ginsenoside Re in radix ginseng, and belongs to the field of chemical detection. Aiming at the defects, the invention aims to provide the method for determining the content of the ginsenoside in the radix ginseng through an ASE-HPLC method, which effectively combines an ASE (Accelerated Solvent Extraction) method, GCB (Graphitized Carbon Black), and an HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) method, so that the accuracy and the stability of determination are improved, and the repeatability of the method is improved. The method comprises the steps of adopting the ASE for carrying out methanol extraction on the smashed radix ginseng, mixing 3ml of extract liquor and 8mg of graphitized carbon black, and filtering to obtainradix ginseng extract liquor; adopting the HPLC method for detecting the content of the ginsenoside Re in the radix ginseng extract liquor.
