Embodiment 1

[0070] Sample to be tested - negative leather sample (negative sample)

[0071] Sample Preparation:

[0072] 1. Extraction preparation:

[0073] Cut the negative leather sample into a sample of 5mm×5mm or less, and mix it to be tested. Accurately weigh six portions of 2.0 g (accurate to 1 mg) of the leather sample in a stoppered Erlenmeyer flask. The extraction operation was carried out according to step 2, and the extract was to be tested.

[0074] 2. Analysis and detection:

[0075] The extracts prepared in the above 1 were respectively operated according to step 3 and step 4 of the present invention, and the actual measured values calculated at the end were listed in Table 1, and the average value and RSD of the actual measured values were calculated ( Relative standard deviation) as shown in Table 1, the average value is the background value. Add 0.5 mg / L, 1.0 mg / L and 1.5 mg / L phenol to the negative samples, and the recoveries and RSDs are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0079] Sample to be tested - positive leather sample (positive sample)

[0080] Sample Preparation:

[0081] 1. Extraction preparation:

[0082] Cut the positive leather sample into a sample of 5mm×5mm or less, and mix it to be tested. Accurately weigh six portions of 2.0 g (accurate to 1 mg) of the leather sample in a stoppered Erlenmeyer flask. The extraction operation was carried out according to step 2, and the extract was to be tested.

[0083] 2. Analysis and detection:

[0084] The extracts prepared in the above 1 were respectively operated according to step 3 and step 4 of the present invention, and the actual measured values calculated at the end were listed in Table 1, and the average value and RSD of the actual measured values were calculated ( Relative standard deviation) as shown in Table 2, the average value is the background value.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of analysis detection, in particular to leather and a detection method for the total content of phenol in a leather product thereof. The detection method comprises the following steps that (1) a sample is prepared, specifically, the leather sample is cut into samples with the size being smaller than 5mm*5mm, the samples are uniformly mixed and wait to be detected; (2) the sample is decomposed; (3) acetylation is conducted, specifically, filter liquid is transferred into a separating funnel, 2mL of acetic anhydride and 3 mL of normal hexane are added, extraction is conducted for 30 minutes by adopting an oscillator, centrifugation is conducted for 5 minutes by adopting a centrifugal machine, and standing is conducted; normal hexane extraction liquid on the upper layer is taken, the constant volume is made to be 3mL, the normal hexane extraction liquid is filtered by a 0.45-micron organic filter film and waits to be detected; (4) analysis anddetection are conducted, specifically, the to-be-detected liquid obtained in step (3) is subjected to analysis and detection by using a gas chromatographic mass spectrometry technique; and (5) quantitative calculation is conducted. The detection method is simple, rapid, accurate and automated, and suitable for quality control of enterprise production, quality guaranteeing in a circulation field and supervision control of safety of relevant products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of analysis and detection, in particular to a method for detecting the total phenol content in leather and leather products. Background technique [0002] Phenol is an important basic organic chemical raw material, and its downstream products involve many fields. It is mainly used in the manufacture of phenolic resin, bisphenol A and caprolactam in industry. In addition, phenol derivatives such as halogenated phenols, nitrophenols, and alkylphenols can be used in the production of medicines, pesticides, paints, dyes, explosives, petroleum additives, paint removers, wood preservatives, and spices. In leather and leather products, phenol may be derived from disinfectants, antioxidants, surfactants, dyeing auxiliaries, varnishes, coatings, adhesives, retanning agents and flame retardants in leather processing. [0003] Phenol has a strong corrosive effect on the skin and mucous membranes, can inhibit the cent...
