The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing an internally-mixed rubber material; placing the internally-mixed rubber material into an open mill, carrying out mixing at a mixing temperature of 80 DEG C for 25 minutes, and carrying out discharging from the open mill so as to obtain a rubber sheet with a thickness of 10 mm and a width of 50 mm; naturally cooling the rubber sheet to a room temperature; filling the rubber sheet into the screw of an injection press, wherein the temperature of the screw is 70DEG C; extruding the rubber sheet through the screw, carrying out weighing with a metering pump, and allowing the extruded rubber sheet into a mold cavity, wherein the pressure of the screw is 12 MPa;maintaining the pressure of 12 MPa, and carrying out injection curing; and after completion of curing, ejecting a bladder out of the mold cavity through the injection press so as to obtain the tyre curing bladder. The preparation method provided by the invention has the following advantages: the use times of the tyre curing bladder can be increased; the service life of the bladder is prolonged; significant effects on improvement of high tyre quality are achieved; and by adoption of a staged pressurized vulcanization method, the hardness and extensibility of the curing bladder are improved.
