The invention discloses a lemon eucalyptus seed seedling method, which comprises the following steps of picking lemon eucalyptus fruits in autumn, separating seeds from seed coats, and performing coldstorage; soaking the seeds with a formalin solution firstly, then cleanly washing the seeds with clear water, and soaking the seeds with a chitosan-oligosaccharide solution to obtain treated seeds; laying the treated seeds on the bottom of a nursery bed by using gauze, uniformly covering the nursery bed with a nursery bed substrate, uniformly broadcasting the soaked lemon eucalyptus seeds on thenursery bed, and then covering the seeds with 1-2cm nursery bed substrate; after germination of the lemon eucalyptus seeds, controlling the temperature, the humidity and the illumination, obtaining lemon eucalyptus seedlings after germination of main leaves, transplanting the lemon eucalyptus seedlings into a nonwoven fabric mesh bag which is charged with a seedling substrate, putting the nonwovenfabric mesh bag in a plastic seedling tray, profoundly sprinkling water, and putting the plastic float tray in a shading shed; and sprinkling a salicylic acid solution and the chitosan-oligosaccharide solution once on the leaf surfaces of the lemon eucalyptus seedlings every 5-7 days. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of high germination rate, good reliability, no disease, greenness, simpleness in operation, low cost and high efficiency and the like and can realize mass propagation of the lemon eucalyptus seedlings.
