The enamelized anti-corrosion cushion layer is paved with C20 plain concrete mixed with high-strength and high-toughness broken shells. The enamelized anti-corrosion cushionlayer is provided with the enamelized foundation body. The enamelized foundation body is composed of self-compacting concrete and steel bars mixed with high-strength and high-toughness boron carbide-silicon carbide (B4C-SiC) functional composite ceramic particles. The method comprises the steps that a foundation pit is first excavated to prepare the enamelized anti-corrosion cushion layer; then,template erecting, foundation reinforcement and column ribs binding are performed on the enamelized anti-corrosion cushion layer, and the enamelized foundation body is prepared by pouring; finally, the template is removed, and the foundation pit is backfilled and tamped. The foundation prepared by the invention is greatly improved in the durability in the saline soil than an ordinary foundation, and the safety of the foundation can be ensured within the service life.
