Abstract

The invention relates to a determination method of fingerprint spectrums of different-concentration ethanol extracts of polygonum capitatum. The determination is performed according to an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-flight time-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method. The method comprises the following steps of (i) test solution preparation: weighting a proper number of polygonum capitatum extracts or medicine composition powder containing the polygonum capitatum extracts; adding a methanol water solution for preparing a turbid solution; performing ultrasonic treatment andfiltering; performing dilution in necessary; using obtained materials as test samples for detection; (ii) chromatogram and mass spectrum analysis conditions: using a TOF-MS mass spectrograph; using 0.1-percent formic acid water solution as a flowing phase A and 0.1-percent formic acid acetonitrile solution as a flowing phase B; in 25 to 40 minutes, performing elution according to a procedure of lowering the ratio of the flowing phase A from 95 percent to 0 percent and correspondingly raising the ratio of the flowing phase B from 5 percent to 100 percent; (iii) injecting the test specimen in the step (i) into a liquid chromatograph; performing determination according to the conditions of the step (ii); obtaining the UPLC-TOF-MS total ion flow chromatogram of a test specimen.
