A parent nucleus in a GCs chemical structure is used as a classification basis, several common GCs are classified into 12 groups, classification analysis isexecuted for a mass spectrogram, then, the same characteristic ion fragments of each group can be found out, a common parent nucleus characteristic ion database is built and the GCS is subjected to automatic screening analysis through a Chromlynx module in a Waters mass spectrum Masslynx software, in combination with information, such as mass spectrum fracture characteristics, ion accurate mass number, isotope abundance and ultraviolet absorption spectrum, a screened chromatographic peak is confirmed further, and a formed quasi targeted screening technology can realize screening and identification of illegally added glucocorticoids and novel derivatives thereof in the absence of reference substance.
