Abstract

The invention discloses a vibration closed-loop control structure for a turbine mechanical cylinder and an adjustment method of the vibration closed-loop control structure. The adjustment method of the vibration closed-loop control structure comprises the following steps: (1) mounting a vibration sensor on the cylinder, and mounting a vibration attenuation actuator between the cylinder and a foundation; (2) connecting the vibration sensor, a signal acquirer, a computer and a controller by using signal links; (3) connecting the vibration attenuation actuator to the controller; (4) connecting the vibration attenuation actuator to the computer by using a signal link; (5) acquiring and analyzing, by the computer, a vibration signal by using the signal acquirer, making a control strategy with reference to state parameters of the current vibration attenuation actuator, and generating, by the controller, a control action according to the control strategy, and adjusting characteristic parameters of the vibration attenuation actuator; (6) feeding back a control action actuation effect to the computer again in the form of measurement data of the vibration sensor, making a new control strategy again, and performing the operation repeatedly until cylinder vibration meets a requirement. The vibration closed-loop control structure reduces the design difficulty of a unit, shortens the designperiod and improves the operation reliability.
