Embodiment 1

[0064] Embodiment 1: the preparation of grass fruit essential oil

[0065] Weigh 0.5kg each of air-dried and roasted Tsaoko, grind them into coarse powder, and soak them in 3.5L of water for 1h. Extract by steam distillation for 7 hours, collect the essential oil of grass fruit with a volatile oil extractor, calculate the oil yield=(oil yield / weighed grass fruit amount)×100%, the result is that the oil yield of dried grass fruit is 2.0%, roasted The oil yield of hay fruit is 1.3%.

Embodiment 2

[0066] Embodiment 2: the characterization of grass fruit essential oil

[0067] Composition analysis of grass fruit essential oil

[0068] GC / MS method was used to analyze the composition and content of Tsaoko essential oil extracted from dried and roasted Tsaoko. Dilute tsaoko essential oil 10,000 times with n-hexane, and inject 1 μl. GC conditions: use Thermo TR-5MS (30m*0.32mm, 0.25μm) chromatographic column, the initial temperature of the column is 50°C, the temperature is programmed to rise at 6°C / min, and rise to 220°C, and then rise to 250°C at 10°C / min, constant temperature 5min. The inlet temperature is 250°C, the carrier gas is He, the carrier gas flow rate is 2.0ml / min, and the split ratio is 20:1. MS conditions: EI ion source, scan mode fullscan, scan range m / z 50-600amu, ion source temperature 250°C, GC / MS interface temperature 250°C.

Embodiment 3

[0078] Embodiment 3: the preparation of grass fruit essential oil emulsion

[0079] 1 part of Caoguo essential oil, 3.5 parts of ethanol, 1.5 parts of Tween 80, 4 parts of water, stir evenly, and you get it.

[0080] 1 part of tsaoko essential oil, 2 parts of ethanol, 1.5 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP10), 5.5 parts of water, stir evenly, and the product is ready.

[0081] 1 part of tsaoko essential oil, 3.5 parts of ethanol, 0.5 part of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP10), 4 parts of water, and stir evenly to obtain the product.

[0082] 1 part of tsaoko essential oil, 3.5 parts of ethanol, 1.5 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP10), 4 parts of water, stir evenly, and the product is ready.

[0083] 1 part of tsaoko essential oil, 2.5 parts of ethanol, 1 part of methanol, 1.5 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP10), 4 parts of water, stir evenly, and the product is ready.

Abstract

The invention relates to the application of amomum tsao-ko essential oil and an emulsion thereof as pesticides. The amomum tsao-ko essential oil and the emulsion thereof can be widely applied to control of pathogenic bacteria of crops in agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry. The amomum tsao-ko essential oil contains the following characteristic components in percent by weight: (1) 45-65% of1, 8-cineole and (2) 1-3.5% of citral. The amomum tsao-ko essential oil emulsion comprises the following components in parts by weight: (1) 10 parts of amomum tsao-ko essential oil, (2) 20-35 parts ofa solvent, (3) 5-15 parts of an auxiliary agent and (4) 40-55 parts of water.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the use of grass fruit essential oil of plant origin and its emulsion as pesticides, which can be widely used in the prevention and control of pathogenic bacteria in agricultural, forestry and animal husbandry crops. Background technique [0002] Pesticides play a very important role in agricultural, forestry and animal husbandry production and can be used to control harmful organisms that endanger agricultural, forestry and animal husbandry production. At present, the commonly used pesticides are mainly chemically synthesized pesticides, among which fungicide pesticides are mainly organic phosphorus, disulfide carbamate, sulfamic acid, thiosulfonate, trichloromethylthio, organic phosphate Classes, organic arsenic, organic tin, organic sulfur, benzene, heterocyclic, etc. These types of chemical bactericides are often accompanied by certain toxicity while having bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects. [0003] Long-te...
