Abstract

The invention provides a method for repairing heavy metal-polluted saline alkali soil by combining marine yeast and plants. The method comprises the following steps: (1) firstly obtaining a marine yeast strain; (2) fermenting the marine yeast strain to obtain a bio-surfactant fermented liquid; (3) planting stemless leaflet ficus microcarpa seeds into the polluted soil, adding the bio-surfactant fermented liquid into the polluted soil to repair the polluted soil together with stemless leaflet ficus microcarpa, wherein the marine yeast strain is mairine yarrowia lipolytica. According to the method provided by the invention, shortcomings such as easy retention of a chemical enhancer, difficulty in degradation and biotoxicity are avoided; due to use of solubilization and flow increasing effects of a bio-surfactant, the content of available heavy metals in the soil is increased, so that plant absorption is facilitated; repairing by the plants for a heavy metal-polluted land is enhanced; themethod is favorable for development of marine resources and has a wide application prospect.
