Abstract

The invention discloses a combined chemical chip with quantitative and uniform sample introduction on a back surface and a use method thereof. The device comprises a planar substrate adopting a permeable material and used for bearing active reactants, a pre-dispersed sample introduction layer sheet adopting a permeable material and used for receiving a liquid substance to be measured, and a separating impermeable layer sheet adopting an impermeable material and capable of being extracted out from a position between the planar substrate and the pre-dispersed sample introduction layer sheet, wherein the area of the separating impermeable layer sheet is equal to or slightly larger than that of the planar substrate of the chemical chip, and the separating impermeable layer sheet is used for separating the planar substrate and the pre-dispersed sample introduction layer sheet. The method includes the steps: 1, according to the specifications of the combined chemical chip, a certain amount of the liquid substance to be measured is quantitatively measured; 2, the chip is inverted, and the quantitative liquid substance to be measured is dispersed and dropwise added on the pre-dispersed sample introduction layer sheet; 3, after the liquid substance is dispersed evenly, the separating impermeable layer sheet is extracted out; and 4, after the liquid to be measured is permeated evenly into the front face, bearing active reactants or sensitive materials of the reaction unit, on the planar substrate, and an obtained reaction pattern is observed or shot.
