Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a quercetin lipidosome. The preparation method comprises the steps of using a nano-liposome to encapsulate water-fast quercetin, and preparing into a quercetin lipidosome. The influence of the quercetin lipidosome (LQ) on the expressions of diabetic rat kidney advanced glycation end products (AGES), a receptor thereof (RAGE) and TGF-teta 1 , and the influence of the LQ on DM rat kidney are researched through experiments, the LQ is compared with aminoguanidine (AG), and the intervention of the LQ on DM kidney is discussed. Experiments show that the LQ can be used for reducing the morphologic pathology change of diabetic nephropathy to a certain degree and improving the general condition of STZ DM rats, and has a function of decreasing blood sugar. The preparation method and the application of the quercetin lipidosome lay a foundation for the next clinic application research of the quercetin lipidosome, and meanwhile, provide a new idea and a theoretical basis for exploring clinic traditional Chinese medicine treatment of DM.
