The method comprises following steps: low density polyethylene,an anti-oxidant, a cross-linking agent, and 4,4'-Dihydroxybenzophenone at a mass ratio of 100:0.1:2:0.5 are introduced into an internal mixer for full mixing at 110 DEG C so as to obtain an internally mixed mixture; preheating full melting is carried out; pressurized crosslinking is carried out; the pressure is maintained to be constant, an obtained crosslinked polyethylene sample is cooled to room temperature through natural cooling, and the sample is collected, and is subjected to compacting; and drying in a vacuum chamber is carried out.
