Embodiment 1

[0041] Example 1 Compound microbial inoculum for promoting the growth of Morchella

[0042] Compound microbial agents include Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Bacillus subtilis, Paenibacillus mucilaginosus, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Streptomyces microflavus after fermentation production.

[0043] (1) Cultivation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae

[0044] Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) is selected from the China Agricultural Microbial Species Collection and Management Center, with a deposit number of ACCC20138.

[0045] The original strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae was cultured in BPY solid medium (20 g glucose, 10 g peptone, 2 g yeast extract, 1 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 20 g agar, 1000 mL water, pH 7.0, and sterilized at 121°C for 20 min).

[0046] Place the original strains in BPY liquid medium (20g glucose, 10g peptone, 2g yeast extract, 1g potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 1000mL water, pH7.0, and sterilize at 121°C for 20min), dissolve them, and divide them in...

Embodiment 2

[0077] Example 2 Bio-organic fertilizer for promoting the growth of morels

[0078] (1) Preparation method

[0079] 1) According to the proportion by weight, mix 50 parts chicken manure, 30 parts cow manure, 10 parts pig manure, 35 parts corn stalks, 15 parts rice husk powder, 10 parts brown coal humic acid, 10 parts bran and 5 parts fish meal. After mixing thoroughly with a mixer, add water and stir until the water content is 50-60% to obtain a mixture.

[0080] The chicken manure organic matter content is ≥45%; the straw organic matter content is ≥46%; the pig manure organic matter content is ≥45%; the brown coal humic acid content is ≥50%.

[0081] 2) Main fermentation: the mixture is fermented in the GALLUS equipment or fermentation tank, and the mixture enters the fermentation bin, and the temperature of the processed mixture in the body rises by withholding friction. When the processing temperature reaches 55-60℃ , Immediately pile up;

[0082] 3) Post-fermentation, the product ...

Embodiment 3

[0084] Example 3 Application and effect of bio-organic fertilizer in morel cultivation

[0085] (1) How to use bio-organic fertilizer

[0086] Before sowing, the soil is first irrigated with water to make the soil moisture of 0-40cm depth reach 30%-40% of water content. After a machine tillage, apply the bio-organic fertilizer prepared in Example 2 to the soil, and the applied amount is 500kg / Mu; then plow the soil containing bio-organic fertilizer 20 days before planting to cultivate morel.

[0087] (2) Application effect of bio-organic fertilizer

[0088] From 2015 to 2016, in the morel high-efficiency cultivation demonstration bases in Kuandian and Beizhen of the Institute of Edible Fungi, Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences, conducted a plot experiment on the impact of different organic fertilizers on morel production. A total of 5 treatments were designed:

[0089] Treatment 1: Control without fertilization

[0090] Treatment 2: 500 kg / mu of grass charcoal

[0091] Treatment ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a compound microbial agent for promoting the growth of toadstool and a bio-organic fertilizer. The compound microbial agent is prepared by mixing saccharomyces cerevisiae, bacillus subtilis, bacillus mucilagimosus krassilm, bacillus amyloliquefaciens and streptomyces microflavus. The bio-organic fertilizer is prepared through fermentation of chicken manure, cow dung, pig manure, maize straw, rice hull powder, lignite humic acid, bran, fish meal and the compound microbial agent. Before sowing, soil is irrigated with water, so that the water content of the soil with the depth of 0 to 40 cm reaches 30% to 40%, through once overturning of tractor-ploughing, the bio-organic fertilizer is applied into the soil, and the applied amount is 500 kg per mu; in the period of 20days before sowing, the soil containing the bio-organic fertilizer is overturned again, so that the bio-organic fertilizer is used for sufficiently activating beneficial viable bacteria of the soil, the soil fertility is improved simultaneously, and a good growing environment is created for humosus bacteria such as toadstool, so that the purposes of inhibiting infectious microbes, promoting the growth of toadstool and improving the yield and quality are reached.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a microbial fertilizer, in particular to a composite microbial inoculum for promoting the growth of morels and a biological organic fertilizer for improving soil fertility. Background technique [0002] Morchella (Morchella spp.), also known as Morel, belongs to Ascomycetes, Pyromyces, Morchaceae, and Morchella genus. It is a rare and precious edible fungus. The ingredients of Morel mainly include amino acids, vitamins, mineral elements, fatty acids, enzymes and polysaccharides. Morel has high edible and medicinal value. It contains 20.5% protein and 3.82% crude fat. It is rich in 8 essential amino acids, accounting for 47.47% of total amino acids. Morchella According to the records of [Compendium of Materia Medica], Morchella ascocarp is used as medicine, and its nature is flat and non-toxic. The taste is sweet and cold, and has the effects of beneficial intestines and stomach, aiding digestion, resolving phlegm and regulating qi...
