The method comprises the steps that firstly, according to SOPC software requirements, software function testing points are extracted, a testing requirement table is formed, and function testing points of the testing requirement table are extracted by using a Python script; secondly, the testing requirement table is converted by a software work station into testing vectors for testing data conversion logic and then sent to to-be-tested SOPC software; thirdly, the to-be-tested SOPC software in a hardware simulation accelerator outputs a signal, the signal is packetized through the testing data conversion logic and then sent to the software work station, and the software work station completes testing result comparison and functional coverage statistics; fourthly, the software work station marks unsanctioned function testing cases according to results of the testing result comparison, and executes uncovering function testing items according to results of the functional coverage statistics.
