Abstract

A preparation method of the ink comprises the following steps: sufficiently stirring the pigment, an epoxy acrylate resin liquid, ethanol and 1 / 2 of deionized water in a dispersion kettle, grinding the dispersed materials for 3-4 times till the detection fineness is 15 [mu]m or less, transferring the materials into the dispersion kettle, further sequentially putting an aqueous acrylic emulsion, a rosin modified phenolic resin liquid, xylene ketone, aqueous wax, cyclic carbonate monoacrylate, aids and rest deionized water into the dispersion kettle, timing when material feeding is completed, stirring for 1 hour at a stable rotation speed, and controlling the speed of a dispersion machine within 400 rpm.
