Abstract

The invention discloses a cell culture device capable of realizing high-precision and rapid change of an oxygen environment, and belongs to the technical field of medical equipment. The cell culture device comprises a constant-temperature box (10), a heater (12), a cell culture chamber (20) and a single chip controller (10); the cell culture chamber (20) is arranged in the constant-temperature box(10); a nitrogen mass flowmeter (32), an oxygen mass flowmeter (33) and a carbon dioxide mass flowmeter (34) convey mixed gas which is changed periodically to a humidifying water bottle (4) in the constant-temperature box (10) through a gas pipe (51) under the control of the single chip controller (10); and the obtained constant-temperature and constant-humidity mixed gas is conveyed into the cell culture chamber (20) through a short gas pipe (53). The cell culture device capable of realizing high-precision and rapid change of the oxygen environment, which is provided by the invention, is simple in structure, can create intermittent anoxic environment and can perform research on intermittent anoxic cells.
