perfusion culture
system comprises a solution storage device, a first
gas supply device, a second
gas supply device, a first
oxygenation unit, a second
oxygenation unit, the micro-fluidic
chip and a
peristaltic pump, wherein the first
gas supply device and the second gas supply device are used for providing normal
oxygen gas and anoxic gas respectively; the first
oxygenation unit and the second oxygenation unit are connected with the first gas supply device and the second gas supply device respectively; a
perfusion culture channel of the micro-fluidic
chip comprises a normal
oxygen perfusion layer, an anoxic perfusion layer and a
cell culture layer; the normal
oxygen perfusion layer and the hypoxia perfusion layer are respectively connected with the first oxygenation unit and the second oxygenation unit, the normal oxygen perfusion layer and the hypoxia perfusion layer are respectively connected with the
cell culture layer, and the
cell culture layer is connected with the solution storage device; the
peristaltic pump is connected with the solution storage device and the oxygenation unit, and is used for controlling the
cell culture solution to flow into the oxygenation unit for oxygenation, then correspondingly feeding the
cell culture solution into the normal oxygen perfusion layer and the anoxic perfusion layer, and controlling the culture solutions in the normal oxygen perfusion layer and the anoxic perfusion layer to alternately perfuse the
cell culture layer and then flow back to the solution storage device.
