A noninvasive system for monitoring the oxygen saturation level of a person subjected to reduced atmospheric pressure for avoiding hypoxemia. The system monitors a person's oxygen saturation level, comparing the saturation level to a predetermined level. When the measured saturation level is less than the predetermined level, the person is then supplied with an oxygen mixture for increasing the subject's oxygen saturation level to a safe level. The person's exposed reduced atmospheric pressure is also compared with a predetermined range of pressure levels. If this predetermined range of pressure levels is exceeded or maintained for a predetermined time duration, the person is then supplied with an oxygen mixture. Additionally, a device is provided for performing oxygen flight planning calculations for estimating oxygen usage for a predetermined flight plan that is based on the above system.

Various hydro-fluorocarbons or fluorocarbons may be used. The nitrogen addition results in etched openings in the quartz substrate that have substantially vertical sidewalls in a uniform manner across the substrate. Surface roughness is minimized and edges of the openings are well-defined with minimal rounding. The etch rate is rendered controllable by reducing bias power without degrading a desired vertical sidewall profile.

The injection tube comprising a tube with an inner diameter between about 1 inch and about 2 inches. The system includes a heat source, and a thermal conduit fluid that delivers heat from the heat source to the target zone. A mixer mixes an oxygen mixture and an injection unit injects the oxygen mixture into the depleted target zone to combust a coke remainder within the target zone. The system further includes a recycling unit configured to circulate a cool gas through the heated target zone to absorb the thermal energy disposed in the heated target zone.

The invention discloses a real-time control method for denitrification by an enhanced circulating activated sludge method, which belongs to the field of biological denitrification of sewage and is suitable for advanced treatment of urban sewage. The effect of circulating activated sludge method on nitrogen and phosphorus removal is not ideal. Reactive barrier/seed preclean process for damascene process

A method for making a multilayer interconnect electronic component structure, and, in particular, an integrated circuit semiconductor device made using a copper damascene method is provided. The process of the invention uses a method for pre-cleaning exposed copper surfaces in the structure. The method employs a cleaning composition containing a nitrogen containing material and an oxygen containing material and also optionally a hydrogen containing material to remove the copper oxide film on copper surfaces in the structure. The preferred nitrogen material is nitrogen gas and the preferred oxygen material is oxygen gas. The gas mixture is preferably energized to form a plasma which is used to contact and remove the copper oxide and clean the structure. A two-step process may be used employing a nitrogen / oxygen mixture and then a hydrogen containing gas mixture such as Ar / H2. It has also been found that the advantages of the method include not only removal of residue and copper oxide from the structure without significant dielectric shift of the dielectric, but also provides enhanced metal adhesion to the treated dielectric as well as surface passivation of the dielectric.

An innermost region of the coating adjacent the surface of the substrate is deposited with a ratio of organosilicon monomer to oxygen in the gas mixture that is greater than or equal to 1. An outermost region of the coating is deposited with a ratio of organosilicon monomer to oxygen in the gas mixture that is less than 1. The ratio of organosilicon monomer to oxygen in the plasma gas is altered progressively over time between deposition of the innermost and outermost regions to form a graded coating.

A method of depositing a fluorinated borophosphosilicate glass (FBPSG) on a semiconductor device as either a final or interlayer dielectric film. Gaps having aspect ratios greater than 6:1 are filled with a substantially void-free FBPSG film at a temperature of about 480 DEG C. at sub-atmospheric pressures of about 200 Torr. Preferably, gaseous reactants used in the method comprise TEOS, FTES, TEPO and TEB with an ozone / oxygen mixture. Dopant concentrations of boron and phosphorus are sufficiently low such that surface crystallite defects and hygroscopicity are avoided. The as-deposited films at lower aspect ratio gaps are substantially void-free such that subsequent anneal of the film is not required. Films deposited into higher aspect ratio gaps are annealed at or below about 750 DEG C., well within the thermal budget for most DRAM, logic and merged logic-DRAM chips. The resultant FBPSG layer contains less than or equal to about 5.0 wt % boron, less than about 4.0 wt % phosphorus, and about 0.1 to 2.0 wt % fluorine.
