The complex-phase additive is prepared from modified nano diamond and modified graphene, wherein the modified graphene forms a double-layer structure; the modified nano diamond is located in the double-layer structure to form a sandwich layer structure; the modified nano diamond is nano diamond with the surface grafted with a positive electricity group; the modified graphene is graphene with a single side grafted with a negative electricity group. According to the lubricating oil complex-phase additive provided by the invention, the modified graphene forms isolation through the modified nano diamond; meanwhile, static electricity attracts to limit the movement of the modified nano diamond; themodified nano diamond and the modified nano diamond have the same charge respectively, and electrostatic repulsion is formed, so that the additive can be stably dispersed in the lubricating oil for along period and the tolerable limit of the modified graphene in the lubricating oil is improved; therefore, the anti-friction and wear-resisting performance of the lubricating oil is remarkably improved, the replacement period of the lubricating oil can be prolonged and the anti-friction and wear-resisting performance of the lubricating oil keeps stable.
