The fucoidin-containing moisturizing lotion is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 0.1 to 50 percent of fucoidin, 4 to 8 percent of glycerol, 0.5 to 3 percent of sorbitol, 0.5 to 2 percent of stearate group, 0.5 to 2percent of emulsifier, 3 to 10 percent of softener, 0.5 to 3 percent of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.2 to 3 percent of thickening agent, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of vitamin E acetate, 0.5 to 5 percent of skin feeling conditioning agent, 0.01 to 0.5 percent of anti-allergic agent, 0.01 to 0.5 percent of chelating agent, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of phenoxyethanol.
