The invention provides an anterior cruciate ligament equal length or equal length like reconstruction positioning system which comprises positioning device structures, wherein the positioning device structures are provided with measuring leads; a plurality of the positioning device structures comprise thighbone positioning devices and tibia positioning devices; the thighbone positioning devices and the tibia positioning devices are connected through the measuring leads; both ends of the measuring leads in a length direction are respectively connected with corresponding positioning device structures in a fastened manner or a sliding manner; the thighbone positioning devices comprise thighbone contact parts; the tibia positioning devices comprise tibia contact parts; the measuring leads passthrough the thighbone contact parts and the tibia contact parts in a length extension direction.
