Embodiment 1

[0022] A nylon-copper composite material, the components of which are: pure copper, with a mass fraction of 5%; a silane coupling agent, with a mass fraction of 1%; CMC 1%; and the balance of nylon 6. The average particle size of pure copper powder is 100 mesh sieve. The ingredients in the formula are dried, mixed uniformly, then extruded with a twin-screw extruder, granulated and then injection-molded to obtain a nylon-copper composite material. The strength of the prepared nylon-copper composite material is 65MPa, and it has been used in seawater for 2 years without marine biofouling.

Embodiment 2

[0024] A nylon-copper composite material, the components of which are: pure copper, with a mass fraction of 10%; a silane coupling agent, with a mass fraction of 1%; CMC 10%; and the balance of nylon 6. Copper is added in powder form with an average particle size of 100 mesh. The ingredients in the formula are dried, mixed uniformly, then extruded with a twin-screw extruder, granulated and then injection-molded to obtain a nylon-copper composite material. The strength of the prepared nylon-copper composite material is 65MPa, and it has been used in seawater for 3 years without marine fouling.

Embodiment 3

[0026] A nylon-copper composite material, the components of which are: pure copper, with a mass fraction of 20%; a silane coupling agent, with a mass fraction of 1%; CMC 10%, and the balance of nylon 6. Copper is added in powder form with an average particle size of 100 mesh. The ingredients in the formula are dried, mixed uniformly, then extruded with a twin-screw extruder, granulated and then injection-molded to obtain a nylon-copper composite material. The strength of the prepared nylon-copper composite material is 65MPa, and it has been used in seawater for 2 years without marine biofouling.

Abstract

The invention provides a nylon-copper composite capable of preventing marine biofouling for a long time. The nylon-copper composite is prepared from raw materials in percentage by mass as follows: 5%-10% of metal copper powder, 0.1%-1% of a coupling agent, 1%-20% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose powder and the balance of nylon powder. The invention also provides a preparation method of the nylon-copper composite. Nylon powder, metal copper powder and sodium carboxymethylcellulose powder are put in a drying oven respectively to be dried, the dried nylon powder, metal copper powder, sodium carboxymethylcellulose powder and the coupling agent are put in a high-speed mixer in a preset proportion to be mixed uniformly and then taken out, and nylon-copper composite powder is obtained; the nylon-copper composite powder is added to an extruder and extruded after being subjected to melt blending, the extruded product is subjected to water cooling and granulation by a granulator, the prepared granules are dried and subjected to injection molding by an injection molding machine, and the nylon-copper composite capable of preventing marine biofouling is obtained. The nylon-copper composite hasgood bioattachment resistance and good seawater corrosion resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of polymer materials, and relates to a nylon-copper composite material, in particular to a nylon-copper composite material capable of preventing marine organisms from fouling for a long time and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Nylon material is a commonly used material in marine engineering. For example, in traditional seafood farming, nylon material is generally used for cage nets. Nylon cages have poor biofouling resistance. The clothes will be covered with marine epiphytes, the most important groups of which are algae, hydra, external anal animals, snails, bivalves, barnacles and sea squirts. The attachment of a large number of organisms not only affects the smooth flow of water in the fishnet cage, reduces the activity space of the cultured products, but also affects the growth and taste of the cultured products, and seriously causes the disease of the farmed fish, so the farmers need...
