Example Embodiment

[0066] Production Example 1. Preparation of fermented product (1)

[0067] The root of Rhodiola Crenulata (Rhodiola Crenulata) of the genus Crassulaceae Rhodiola was dried, and 100 g of purified water was added to 10 g of the dried product to perform heat sterilization. Inoculate the extract suspension with yeast [Yeast derived from the flower of Japanese lily (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)] 10 8 Pieces / mL, stand for 3 days at 30°C under nitrogen flow. After the completion of the culture, heat sterilization was performed, and the culture solution was filtered to obtain 400 g of a yeast fermentation product solution of Rhodiola crenulata (solid content 1.03%).

Example Embodiment

[0068] Production Example 2. Preparation of fermented product (2)

[0069] Rhodiola Rosea (Rhodiola Rosea) was used instead of Rhodiola grandiflora of Production Example 1, and a yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) derived from cherry tree flowers was used. The same procedure as in Production Example 1 was carried out to obtain a yeast fermentation product 400 g of solution (solid content concentration 1.01%).

Example Embodiment

[0070] Production Example 3. Preparation of fermented product (3)

[0071] Except that Rhodiola ishidae was used instead of Rhodiola crenulata in Production Example 1, the same procedure as in Production Example 1 was carried out to obtain 400 g of a yeast fermentation product solution (solid content concentration: 1.00%).

Abstract

The invention provides a plant fermentation object. The invention provides a novel effective component which can be matched in a skin external composition and a beverage and food composition and has an anti-oxidation function and a beautifying and whitening function. The plant fermentation object is useful for improving skin aging, skin roughness, improving stain and freckles and improving cell imperfection through a cooperation effect based on combination of the two functions. The plant fermentation object is obtained through fermentation of a plant which belongs to Crassulaceae Rhodiola and/or an extract thereof by means of yeast, lactobacillus, aspergillus or bacillus subtilis, and the invention further provides the skin external composition and the beverage and food composition.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a plant fermented product that can be blended into skin (including scalp) external preparations and beverages and foods for beauty or health promotion. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, components derived from natural products have been researched and developed as active ingredients to be blended into skin external preparations, beverages and foods. However, when these natural product-derived components are used as active ingredients of skin external preparations, food and beverages, there are problems in terms of effectiveness, stability, and the like.
