The circulation system comprises a bag-type dust collector, a gravitational dust collection chamber, a hot air washing tower, a cold air washing tower, a sewage tank and a filter press; the bag-type dust collector is connected through a first negative pressure air pipe and collects dust generated in the corresponding processes; the gravitational dust collection chamber is connected through a second negative pressure air pipe and collects dust generated in the drying and cooling processes on the compound fertilizer production line, is further connected to the hot air washing tower through a hot air negative pressure pipe and is further connected to the cold air washing tower through a cold air negative pressure pipe; the hot air washing tower and the cold air washing tower are connected to the sewage tank through first water pipes; and the sewage tank is connected to the filter press through a second water pipe.
