Abstract

The invention discloses a single-loop control system performance evaluation method based on an ARMA model, which is used for solving the online evaluation problem of a control system. The method comprises the following steps of a, acquiring current moment data of a controlled variable PV of a to-be-evaluated control loop; b, preprocessing output data: removing abnormal data and performing stabilizing processing; c, calculating performance indexes of the control loop; and d, giving optimization suggestions of PI controller parameters according to the performance indexes of the control loop. Thetime series analysis is carried out on the historical output data in a period of time to obtain the performance indexes of the control loop; and an adjusting direction of the PI controller parametersis given according to the performance indexes of the control loop, so that the performance of a controller is optimal. According to the method, an accurate model and a transfer function matrix of thesystem are not needed, and only system operation data and delay time information are needed; the normal operation of the system is not influenced; and the method is suitable for online performance evaluation of an industrial field.
