Abstract

An active tracking method is adoptedto obtain the alkaloid compounds with the TMV resistant activity from tobacco, wherein three are new compounds (1-3) [(S)-Nkolbisine-beta-D-glucoside, (R)-Nkolbisine-beta-D-glucoside and Lepabisine A], and nine known compunds (4-12) are firstly separated and obtained from the platymiscium. The alkaloid compounds have the effects of purifying, protecting, treating and inhibiting viral multiplication on the tobacco mosaic virus, the new compound 1 has the stronger virus inhibition effect than the comparator ningnanmycin. One sort of alkaloid compounds with the TMV resistant activity are firstlydiscovered from tobacco, and scientific evidences are provided for further systematic research of tobacco endogenous tobacco mosaic resistant matter.
