The mechanical structural body comprises a screw rod and nut mechanism, a gear and rack mechanism, a sleeve mechanism and a universal wheel mechanism; the screw rod and nut mechanism and the gear and rack mechanism are respectively connected with a stepping motor of the driving mechanism to control lifting andfront-and-back movement of a laser beam when the device works; and the universal wheel mechanism is convenient to carry and transfer the device. The control system is remotely operated by a PC (personal computer) machine end through a WIFI (wireless fidelity) module, a related control quantity is transferred to a PLC (programmable logic controller), and the PLC controls a motor driver to drive running of the screw rod and nut mechanism and the gear and rack mechanism and controls a camera to carry out real-time display on a working state of the device on a PC machine.
