Abstract

The invention discloses a treatment technology of electroplating chromium-containing wastewater. The organic matters and chromium-containing toxic substances transferred into wastewater in the water rinsing process of electroplating workpieces belong to HN17 dangerous chemicals in the national hazardous waste list. The treatment technology comprises the following steps: carrying out impurity removal treatment on the wastewater, and transforming hexavalent chromium into trivalent chromium and water by using an organic reducing agent; then carrying out pure water separation on high-concentrationtrivalent chromium and water by utilizing a self-made device, enabling pure water to return into an electroplating bath for recycling, and processing trivalent chromium into chromic anhydride for recycling. The technology and related equipment show advantages in tonnage wastewater treatment with low equipment investment and operating cost, simple operation, high reuse rate of on-site sustainabletreated wastewater and suitability for meeting the needs of electroplating online production. The aim of the zero discharge and resource recovery technology of the electroplating chromium-containing wastewater is completely achieved.
