Abstract

The device comprises a controller, the device further comprises a discharging voltage control unit, a discharge pulse control unit, a discharge pulse drive output unit, a high-frequency vibration unit and a communication unit which are connected with the controller correspondingly, wherein the communication unit is used for transmitting information processed by micro-holes to the controller, the controller sends a first command to the discharge voltage control unit and the discharge pulse control unit, the discharging pulse driving output unit sends the discharging pulse to drive an electrode after receiving the first command; and the high-frequency vibration unit outputs a high-frequency vibration signal to a piezoelectric ceramicmodule after a second command is sent by the controller so as to realize the micro-hole machining. According to the device, the device for micro-hole machining is provided, and has the functions of nanosecond grade pulse generation, discharge detection and high-frequency vibration control signal output.
