Abstract

The hydraulic tensioning system comprises a hydraulic pump, an overflow valve, a reversing valve, a hydraulic cylinder, a first relay and a second relay, wherein the hydraulic pump is provided with a first inlet and a first outlet which communicate with each other, and the first inlet communicates with a hydraulic source; the overflow vale is provided with a second inlet which communicates with the first outlet; the reversing valve is provided with a third inlet, a third outlet and a fourth outlet, the third outlet andthe fourth outlet communicate with the third inlet correspondingly, and the third inlet communicates with the first outlet; a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is used for being connected with a tensioning roller, the hydraulic cylinder is provided with a rod cavity and a rodless cavity, the rodless cavity communicates with the third outlet, and the rod cavity communicates with the fourth outlet; the first relay is used for detecting pressure of the hydraulic cylinder and controlling the hydraulic pump to stop; and the second relay is used for detecting the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder and controlling the hydraulic pump to start.
