The clock data recovery circuit comprises: a sampling module; a phase discriminator configured to obtain edge sampling signals and data sampling signal phase information; a charge pump; a voltage-controlled oscillator; a frequency divider; and an adaptive regulation module configured to automatically regulate a threshold voltage and clock sampling signals. A threshold value boundary is regulated according to the error rate of a reference sampling point, and an upper boundary and a lowerboundary of the threshold value boundary and the height of eye of a current eye pattern are determined; through comparison of the updated eye height and a previous eye height, the sampling clock movement direction is regulated to determine the sampling clock corresponding to an optimal sampling point. The clock data recovery circuit, and the adaptive regulation module and method can monitor the eye height information of input data in real time and adaptively change the phase and the threshold value voltage of the sampling clock to obtain a sampling point with the highest signal to noise ratioand a threshold value voltage so as to reduce the error rate of the clock data recovery circuit, and employ the monotonous and smooth features of the eye graph so as to greatly save the operation timeof the algorithm through adoption of a single comparison method.
