The method comprises the following steps: setting chromatographic conditions as Thermo Accucore C18(4.6 mmx150 mm,2.0 mum); setting methanol as a mobile phase A and phosphoric acid of 1% as a mobile phase B, and carrying out isocratic elution; setting detection wavelengths as 210-280 nm,column temperature as 20-30 DEG C, flow rate as 0.8-1.2 mL.min-1, and sample size as 10 muL; preparing a control substance solution; preparing a test solution; and determining through HPLC Method. Themeasuring method of the content of Rabdocetsin B in the Rabdosia coetsa medicinal material is established by taking the Rabdocetsin B as measurement indexes and adopting high performance liquid chromatography to provide experiment basis for quality control and evaluation research of the Rabdosia coetsa medicinal material.
