The ethanol is combined withthe thickener so as to form the gel, and the gel is adjusted to a stable state by means of the pH adjuster; the added emollient can reduce the irritation of the ethanol to the hand skin of a user; dueto the cooperation of all the components, the hand disinfection gel not only has a good sterilizing effect, but is also small in irritation to the skin.
