Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a wave-transparent ablation and heat-insulation integrated material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: connecting a fabric high-density surface layer and a fabric low-density inner layer to form a whole body, so as to prepare a pre-formed body; preparing a hydrophobic coating on the fabric low-density inner layer of the pre-formed body to inhibit the wetting permeability of a water-based precursor; then circularly impregnating silica sol through a liquid-phase infiltration moulding technology; increasing the binding amount ofthe pre-formed body and the silica sol to improve the density of an outer surface through the circular impregnating of the silica sol; after reaching a certain density, removing a hydrophobic effectof the hydrophobic coating to obtain an integrated composite material blank; performing aerogel preparation on the integrated composite material blank without the hydrophobic effect of the hydrophobiccoating to obtain the wave-transparent ablation and heat-insulation integrated material. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the integrated wave-transparent ablation and heat-insulation material is prepared through an integrated moulding preparation technology of a gradient density composite material which is initiated in the field; wave-transparent ablation and heat-insulation integration is realized through integrated moulding and the technical blank of the field is eliminated.
