Abstract

The invention provides a quick identification method for salt tolerance of a linseed variety in the germination period. The method comprises the following steps that (1), an NaCl solution of a certainconcentration is adopted for conducting stress on seeds of the linseed variety, and distilled water is taken as a control group; the number of sprouts is counted from the third day of germination tothe seventh day; after seven days of germination, the length of the hypocotyledonary axis, the fresh weight and the dry weight of the radicle are measured; (2), the germination index and a relative value are calculated; (3), the germination index and the relative value are substituted into a regression equation, the Z value of the linseed variety is calculated, and the salt tolerance is judged according to the Z value. According to the method, the NaCl solution of the certain concentration is adopted for conducting stress on the seeds of the linseed variety, four key indexes significantly related with the salt tolerance are measured, the regression equation is utilized, and therefore identification evaluation for the salt tolerance of the tested material can be quickly conducted in the germination period. The method is verified by a comprehensive analysis method, achieves significant correlation and has higher accuracy; it is not necessary to measure multiple indexes in the aspect of identification work.
