The electric spark processing spindle system servo response delay measuring systemcomprises an electric spark processing spindle system, a contactless eddy current displacement sensor, a machining clearance servo control system, and a double-channel digital oscilloscope, wherein the electric spark processing system spindle is installed and clamped with a tool electrode to control the feed movement of the tool electrode; the contactless eddy current displacement sensor is fixedto the spindle of the electric spark processing system to monitor and record the displacement actions of the spindle and the tool electrode; the input end of the machining clearance servo control system is connected with the tool electrode and workpiece, the output end of the machining clearance servo control system is connected with a spindle driving motor, and an electrical signal of the workpiece and a control signal of the output tool electrode movement are respectively fed back; a first channel of the double-channel digital oscilloscope is connected with an output signal line, a second channel of the double-channel digital oscilloscope is connected with the tool electrode and the workpiece, and a whole-closed-loop response delay is obtained by respectively monitoring and comparing the change time of tool electrode motion and the change time of the electrical signal of the workpiece.
