The application includes conducting DNA extraction of the paternal Kyoho grape, the maternal Xinyu grape and the hybrid of the Xinyu grape and the Kyoho grape, establishing a PCR reaction system and amplification reaction procedure, conducting electrophoretic separation of PCR products and identifying the authenticity of the hybrid by using the 5 pairs of SSR-labeled primers in sequence.
