Abstract

The invention discloses an application of a lysozyme two-dimensional nano-film as an antibacterial material. According to the application, the lysozyme two-dimensional nano-film serves as the antibacterial material, the lysozyme two-dimensional nano-film is formed on the surface of a substrate through in-situ growth only during the preparation of the lysozyme two-dimensional nano-film, or the prepared lysozyme two-dimensional nano-film is directly adhered to the surface of the substrate and can be formed on surfaces of substrates of various shapes through in-situ growth or adherence. Accordingto the application, the lysozyme two-dimensional nano-film serves as the antibacterial material and has broad-spectrum and efficient antibacterial performance, an antibacterial spectrum can be extended to three species of bacteria, i.e., gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and fungi from category I bacteria of Classic gram-positive bacteria, the lysozyme two-dimensional nano-film presents good antibacterial efficiency to the three species of bacteria, and the antibacterial efficiency basically can reach 90% or more in 2 hours; the lysozyme two-dimensional nano-film has good adhesivity to substrates to be protected and is free of toxicity and adsorptivity to cells; and thus, the lysozyme two-dimensional nano-film has good antifouling properties to the cells and can serve as an ideal antibacterial food packaging material and a medical application program material.
