According to the energy storage type steering-by-wire system, energy is stored for the torsion spring in the automobile starting initial stage; when the automobile runs normally,the torsion spring is locked without affecting the operation of the steering-by-wire system; and when the system has a fault, the steering wheels are driven by the steering motor or the torsion springto be straightened according to different fault types so that the automobile is prevented from being out of control due to persistent steering.
