Standard curve equations y1=a*x1+b, y2=c*x2+d and Y3=e*x3+f are fit. The y1, y2 and y3 values of the urine to be tested are substituted into the standard curve equations. The relative concentrationsx1, x2 and x3 of three substances of catecholamine in the urine sample to be tested are calculated.
