Abstract

The invention discloses a wireless radio frequency energy collection RFID tag system based on a metamaterial. The system comprises an RFID tag antenna, an RFID chip, a rectifying circuit, an energy management circuit, a microprocessor and a sensor. The rectifying circuit is connected with the energy management circuit; the energy management circuit is respectively connected with the RFID chip, themicroprocessor and the power supply end of the sensor; two output ends of the RFID tag antenna are respectively connected with a radio frequency signal of the RFID chip and an input end of the rectifying circuit; the microprocessor is respectively connected with the RFID chip and the sensor; the RFID tag antenna comprises a split ring resonator metasurface, a dielectric substrate and a groundingcopper layer, the metasurface adopts three split rings made of metamaterials and embedded at equal intervals, the opening difference between an outer ring and a middle ring is 180 degrees, and an opening of an inner ring is determined by load impedance; and the rectifying circuit consists of an impedance matching network, a rectifying diode and a direct-current filter which are sequentially connected. The system is small in size and simple in structure, and can be used for a wireless sensor network.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of radio frequency electronics, and further relates to a radio frequency energy collection RFID tag system. It can be used for wireless energy transmission and wireless sensor network. Background technique [0002] Radio frequency identification technology RFID is a non-contact automatic identification technology through radio frequency energy. Due to its low production cost and long service life, it is widely used in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, clothing industry, intelligent medical and other industries. With the rapid development of wireless sensor networks in the 21st century, RFID technology has also been applied in wireless sensor networks. In order to reduce the cost of wireless sensor network nodes, the design of passive RFID tags is introduced into wireless sensor networks, and the wireless sensor nodes of RFID tags are developed. The combination with wireless energy transmission can pro...
