Problems solved by technology

[0006] The required decision variables based on Jensen's inequality are greatly reduced while retaining relatively high precision. However, when designing an output feedback controller, since the controller parameters are unknown, the matrix inequality that needs to be solved involves the product term of 2 to 3 unknown matrices, so It is a nonlinear bisexual matrix inequality and is an NP-hard problem. Therefore, it is very difficult to synthesize time-delay controllers based on the Jensen inequality method. Compared with the free weight method, which has an effective cone-compensated linearization design method, there is no literature discussion. Abstract

The invention discloses a power wide-area time lag controller design method based on a Jensen inequation. The method is used for improving time lag stability margin of a closed-loop system in a wide-area system design time lag stability controller. The method comprises the steps that 1, to-be-solved system first-generation controller parameters are randomly generated; 2, a state space model of theclosed-loop system without time lag is established; 3, for the stable closed-loop system without time lag, dichotomy is utilized to iteratively call a Jensen inequation time lag criterion to solve allowed time lag stability upper limits; 4, intersection, variation and selection operation of a differential evolution algorithm are utilized to generate new-generation controller parameters; 5, whether the number of iterations reaches an upper limit or not, or whether the difference between the previous optimal allowed time lag stability upper limit and the later optimal allowed time lag stabilityupper limit is smaller than a designated value or not is judged, if yes, the step 6 is entered, or otherwise the step 2 is returned to; and 7, the optimal controller parameter and the time lag stability upper limit thereof are output, and operation is ended.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of power systems, in particular to a design method for a power wide-area time-delay controller based on Jensen's inequality. Background technique [0002] With the expansion of power system interconnection scale, low-frequency oscillation and other serious threats to safety and stability have occurred, which need to be suppressed by wide-area control methods such as wide-area PSS or additional control using high-voltage direct current. However, in practical applications, it is found that the wide-area control system needs to collect multiple signals separated by thousands of kilometers, and the signal transmission time lag has an important impact on the control effect. The transmission of power system wide-area measurement and control signals includes optical fiber, carrier wave, satellite and other transmission means. According to previous research, the time lag of optical fiber transmission is the shortes...
