Experiment results show that the traditional Chinese medicine composition can significantly improve the level of T (testosterone), LH (luteinizing hormone), FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and GnRh (gonadotropin-releasing hormone) in the serum of a kidney-Yang deficiency model rat, increase the weight of the sexual organs of the rat, enhance SOD (superoxide dismutase) activity of testicular tissue homogenates, reduce the content of MDA (methylenedioxyamphetamine), increase the number and survival rate of sperms, and achieve a significant difference (P<0.05) compared with a kidney-Yang deficiency model group.
