Embodiment 1

[0037] Principle of this embodiment:

[0038] When light passes through human tissue, it will be absorbed by the tissue, accompanied by physical phenomena such as reflection, refraction, and scattering. Use a certain wavelength of infrared light to transmit the finger, and after being absorbed by the tissues at the end of the finger, the transmitted light with different light intensities is obtained, according to Lambert-Beer's law

[0039] A=lg(I 0 / I)=εbc (1)

[0040] Where A is the absorbance of the substance; I 0 I is the intensity of the incident light; I is the intensity of the transmitted light; ε is the absorption coefficient, which is the absorbance per unit concentration and unit liquid layer thickness, which depends on the wavelength of the incident light and the light absorption characteristics of the light-absorbing substance, and is also affected by the solvent and temperature; b is the optical path; c is the concentration of the substance in the blood.

Abstract

The invention discloses a non-invasive detecting method of human body protein intake. The non-invasive detecting method comprises the following steps of transmitting infrared light of certain wave length to a human body, and collecting a spectrum penetrating through the human body; according to a lambert beer law, deducing a material concentration formula, and based on the received spectrum, calculating out BUN concentration value and Cr concentration value of the human body; and substituting the BUN concentration value and the Cr concentration value into a protein intake calculating model, and combined with the body weight value and the height value of the human body, calculating the human body protein intake. The invention also discloses a non-invasive detecting device of human body protein intake. The non-invasive detecting device comprises an infrared source transmitting module, a spectrum receiving module, an electrooptical signal access and a data processing module. Through the adoption of the non-invasive detecting method disclosed by the invention, non-invasive detecting of the human body protein intake can be realized; and the non-invasive detecting method has the advantages of being easy and simple to operate and high in accurate degree and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to a non-invasive detection method and detection device for human protein intake. Background technique [0002] According to epidemiological statistics, in 2012, the prevalence of chronic kidney disease in China reached 10.8%, and the number of patients exceeded 119 million. With the improvement of economic and living standards, the protein intake of the population increases, and a high-protein diet can accelerate the development of kidney disease and lead to an increase in all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality. Therefore, restricting protein intake as a basic life intervention is very important. [0003] At present, the traditional evaluation methods for dietary protein intake of patients with chronic kidney disease are not only subjective and highly variable questionnaires or food records, but also laboratory tests need to collect blood or urine samples, some of which...
