The method mainly aims at the breeding of fries and summerlings which have been put in the pond, and can increase the disease-resistant rate and the survival rate of odontobutis obscura by culturing the breeding environment and guaranteeing the timely change of water and spreading of a proper amount of quicklime and a sufficient protein intake. The method can increase the survival rate of odontobutis obscura by adding freshwater shrimps, but the adding of large commercial fishes can affect the survival rate of odontobutis obscura, so that the large commercial fishes cannot be put into the pond.

The breeding method comprises the steps of using a rice variety high in resistantstarch content as parents I, using a variety low in gluten content as parents II, and performing hybridization to obtain F1-generation seeds; performing backcross on the F1-generation seeds and the parents I to obtain BC1F1-generation seeds, and selecting BC1F1 seeds of which the chalkiness is higher than 70%; after sowing, detecting the BC1F1-generation seeds with a resistant starch molecular marker and a low-gluten molecular marker, performing screening to obtain single plants of which high resistant starch genotypes are in homozygosis and low gluten genotypes are in heterozygosis, and performing selfing to obtain BC1F2-generation seeds; and planting the BC1F2-generation seeds, performing detection through the low gluten molecular marker, performing screening to obtain strains of whichthe resistant starch genotypes and low gluten genotypes are in homozygosis, performing detection on the obtained seeds to screen strains of which the resistant starch content is larger than 10% and gluten content is lower than 3%, performing continuous selfing on the BC1F3-generation strains obtained through screening to BC1F5-generation strains, so as to obtain new rice varieties high in resistant starch and low in gluten, which are high in resistant starch content and low in gluten content and take account of yield. The rice variety bred by the breeding method disclosed by the invention hasthe characteristics of being high in resistant starch content and low in gluten content, and are suitable for diabetics and nephrotic patients needing to control protein intake to eat.
